All of the services we provide have
rates that are standardized according to those governed by the California
Secretary of State and listed in the California Government Code section
8211. Any services that are provided by meeting me at my home address
in Mountain View are only subject to these standard rates.
For any services provided outside of
our office, travel charges based upon the zoning area rates will be
added to the standard service rates.
* Please Note: If the notarizee is
not present within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, there may be
charged an additional $25 delay fee. Any scheduled appointments that
are missed or cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled
time may still be subject to paying the travel fees. The recipient
party must pay for all fees at the time of service.
Notary service we provide:
Business Services: Registered tax preparer,
years of experience in income taxes for individuals and small business,
authorized IRS e-File provider.
Loan Document Signing: Notaries are
available to complete mortgages and re-financing packages. We specialize
in escrow documents, grant deeds, quit claim deeds, affidavits of
title, notes contracts. We can also deliver completed documents overnight
via Fed-EX, UPS or Express Mail. We travel anywhere in Orange County,
California.
Mobile Notary Public: An experienced
bonded notary public and member of the NNA. We travel to Banks, Financial
Institutions, Title Companies, Senior Centers, Convalescent Homes,
Retirement Homes, and your place of Business or Residence. We notarize
affidavits, powers of attorney, trusts, wills, acknowledgements, bills
of sale, substitutions of reconveyance, authorizations to travel out
of the country, etc.
What you need at time of signing:
* All documents to be notarized must
be fully completed with no blank spaces or missing information and
be ready for signatures
* You need to have at least one of these valid forms of identification:
United States, Canada, or Mexico license or identification card, US
passport, US military identification card, or inmate identication
card.
* Payment in the form of: cash, personal check, or money order.
